What is covered?
Can Am tools are promised to be free of defects in material and workmanship at time of purchase.
How long does the coverage last?
This policy applies to the original purchaser and lasts for the lifetime of your Can Am tool. The Performance Policy ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship as determined by Can Am Tool Corp.
How do you get service?
Visit any authorized Can Am Tool Dealer. They will contact us for an RMA # and return the product to us. A copy of the purchase receipt must be submitted with the product.
How will we correct the problem?
Can Am will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product.
What is NOT covered?
Failures due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear are not covered. Rubber seals and other “wear” parts are not covered. Using the tools in a manner other than what they are intended for is not covered. Can Am is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
How does this policy relate to my local law?
This policy gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which vary by province, state or country. Can Am will abide by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was sold.
THIS FULL LIFETIME PERFORMANCE POLICY IS THE SOLE PERFORMANCE POLICY. NO AGENT, DEALER OR OTHER PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ALTER THIS POLICY OR MAKE ANY OTHER PERFORMANCE POLICY ON BEHALF OF CAN AM TOOL CORP.
